Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link. This email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout. Simply click on the link in the email to see the current status of your shipment.

If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder as well.

Step 2: Track Your Shipment via the Carrier's Website

Alternatively, you can enter your tracking number directly on the shipping carrier's website:

• Note down the tracking number from your shipping confirmation
• Visit the website of the respective shipping carrier
• Enter your tracking number into the search field
• Track the journey of your order in real-time

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

USA: 7-14 business days after shipment
International: 15-30 business days after shipment

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to seasonality, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Tracking Information Not Updating?

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 days, there could be several reasons:

• The shipment is in transit between distribution centers
• Delays at customs (for international shipments)
• Temporary system delays with the shipping carrier

In most cases, tracking will update again within a few days. International shipments, in particular, may show longer pauses in tracking during the customs process.
