From where do you ship your products?

AutomaHaus works with a network of trusted warehouse partners in Europe and Asia. Depending on availability and location, your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery. The exact shipping location will be communicated to you in the shipping confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping location. Within Germany, delivery usually takes 7-14 business days. For international shipments from overseas, 15-25 business days may apply. During peak times such as the Christmas season or under special circumstances, delivery times may be longer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the tracking portal of the respective shipping service provider. You can also track your shipment at any time via your customer account or directly on the shipping company's website.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or changed free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately via our contact form or by email. After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can exercise your right of withdrawal.

What is your return and refund policy?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The goods must be in original, unused condition. The buyer bears the return shipping costs, unless the goods are faulty. After inspecting the returned items, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your household appliance arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement delivery or a full refund. In case of transport damage, we will cover all costs and ensure a quick solution.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. The customer bears the shipping costs for the return, while we cover the costs for sending the replacement item. Size exchanges for certain devices are also possible.

Why isn't my tracking updated?

Tracking information may be delayed for various reasons: the package is in transit between distribution centers, undergoing customs clearance, or the shipping service provider's systems have a delay. Information usually updates within 2-3 business days. For longer delays, please contact our customer service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, AutomaHaus ships to most European countries as well as selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination country. Please note that international shipments may incur additional duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. A complete list of delivery countries can be found at checkout.
